Ned Fazlic (Journeyman Electrician) (Tesla Certified Installer)
Ned is our lead electrician and a valued member of the Swartz Family for over 25 years. Originally from Bosnia, he brings a wealth of experience, a straightforward approach, and a charismatic presence that makes working with him a pleasure. Beyond his professional skills, Mr. Fazlic is an avid soccer fan who enjoys a well-crafted drink on the weekends and never shies away from a good home project.
Marco Flores (Electrician) (Tesla Certified Installer)
Marco is our dedicated service and installation technician. With over six years of experience in the electrical field—and more than four focused on residential work—he brings precision and professionalism to every project. Though he’s a recent addition to the Swartz Green team, his strong work ethic and keen eye for detail have already made a lasting impression. Outside of work, Mr. Flores is a devoted soccer fan and enjoys expanding his collection of jerseys in his downtime.
Samuel Mosher (Journeyman Electrician/Estimator)
Sam started his electrical career in 2018, he brings hands-on experience in both new construction and service work. Over the years, he’s earned his wireman and journeyman licenses, showcasing his dedication to the trade and continual growth in the field. Outside of work, he’s a big sports fan—whether it’s MMA, basketball, soccer, or anything in between. But his favorite way to unwind is at home, spinning vinyl records with his wife and their cat by his side.
Dylan Suhor (Safety Manager)
Dylan serves as our Safety Manager, bringing a strong work ethic and a steady hand shaped by years of experience in demanding offshore environments. He’s known for his ability to train, lead, and inspire high-performing teams, all while maintaining a clear focus on safety—for both our employees and our customers. When he’s off the clock, Dylan enjoys catching up on AEW, tackling home projects, and spending meaningful time with his wife and daughter.
Mauricio Manriquez (Operations Manager/Scheduling Coordinator/Office Admin)
Mauricio is a true jack-of-all-trades whose versatility has become an invaluable asset to our team. He’s taken on a wide range of responsibilities with ease, serving as our scheduling coordinator, office administrator, dispatcher, and go-to for customer service. Beyond the day-to-day, Mauricio has also shaped our brand—creating all of our flyers, managing our social media, and designing much of our website. His creativity and dedication have played a key role in our company’s growth, and we’re proud to have him on board. A passionate “football” (never soccer!) enthusiast, Mauricio also coaches a semi-pro team, enjoys watching anime, and is known for grilling up a mean steak in his downtime.
Rahul Ramdas (President/Owner)
Rahul is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Tax with honors. Besides also being the owner of our sister company; Joe Swartz Electric he the founder of Ramdas Accounting. A driven entrepreneur with a passion for building strong businesses, Rahul also knows how to enjoy life outside of work. He appreciates low-key days watching wrestling or sports with friends, playing a good game of poker, and most importantly spending quality time with his wife, Dr. Kira Ramdas, and their twin daughters.
